Summary

Eip7702Authorization validated dataclass + to_dict() for authorizationList entries
build_eip7702_user_operation() to build a UserOperation payload for an EIP-7702-delegated smart account
merge_sponsorship_result() non-mutating merge helper
No cryptographic signing (out of scope — this is an HTTP client, not a wallet/signing library)

Verified locally: hatch run lint, hatch run format-check, hatch run test (87 passed), hatch build.

Closes #8

Note: merges into develop, not the default branch main — issue closed manually after merge per repo process.
