feat: restructure to match cubealgos_branding format 9b5b1339d2

Replaces the flat logo/ directory (#1) with colors.json + full_logo/ +
icon_logo/ variant structure, mirroring cubealgos_branding exactly. Also
fixes icon/wordmark vertical alignment (measured actual bboxes instead of
guessing) and drops the accent-dot decoration — a cubealgos_branding-
specific device, not needed here.
